Cyprus companies facing strike-off
The Registrar removes companies that fall behind on their filings. The organisations listed here are part-way through that procedure: some have had a reminder letter, others already have the final three-month notice published.
A company listed here is not insolvent and has not been struck off. The procedure under section 327 of the Companies Law, Cap. 113 stops as soon as the overdue filings are made, and many of these companies will file and stay on the register. Statuses are as published in the monthly data release.
A published final notice is the last step before removal from the register. A reminder letter is the first step and much more common, since the Registrar sends them out in bulk.
