The Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property publishes the register as open data through data.gov.cy under a CC BY 4.0 licence. We reload it every month and republish it unchanged. The data currently shown is as of June 2026.

People are grouped by the spelling of their name. There is no verified identity behind that grouping. Hundreds of unrelated people in Cyprus share the same surname, so a single page here can easily cover several of them. We never claim that two appointments belong to the same person, and pages for common names are labelled as a name index instead of a profile.

Every registered organisation, its officers and its registered office. The open dataset does not contain shareholders, filing history, scanned documents or officer appointment dates, so this site does not show them either.

Statuses come straight from the register. "Registered" is a company in good standing. "Reminder sent" means the Registrar has written to the company over overdue filings, which is the first step of the strike-off procedure under section 327 of the Companies Law, Cap. 113. "Struck off" means it has been removed from the register. "In liquidation" covers the winding-up statuses.
