Removing your personal details
If you are named on this site as a company officer and want those details taken down, email [email protected] with the subject “Removal request”. To find the right records quickly, please include:
- your name exactly as it is spelled on the page
- the registration number of each company involved, for example HE123456
- a link to each page you want removed
We reply within one month, as GDPR requires, and usually much sooner. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to prove your identity beyond what is needed to match you to the records.
General enquiries

Wrong information in the register itself
We republish the official register without editing it. If a name, address or company status is wrong at the source, correcting it with us will not hold — the next monthly rebuild restores whatever the register says. Those corrections have to be made through the Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property.
